SHIPPING POLICY
Sheridan Soap Company ships our artfully, handmade soaps and beauty products to the USA & Canada, within 1-3 business days, unless we are closed. A $2 handling fee is added to all phone or email orders. We are not currently able to receive faxed communications. Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we incur additional fees, so please enter your information carefully.
RETURN POLICY
Sheridan Soap Company creates all products in small batches with the utmost care. Our handmade soaps and beauty products are designed to be nourishing to both your skin and your soul. We understand issues may arise with an order, so all retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in its original, new, unopened condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price. We cannot refund your money if the safety seal is broken (if it had one) or if the product has been used or arrives damaged in any way, so pack carefully with plenty of padding. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Cards are charged in real time at checkout. We also accept PayPal payments.
